Need a tablet app written quickly for a game app.
I am looking for someone who is very experienced in coding for Android to create a rich, beautiful looking, and interactive mobile app
Description of App: User friendly, smooth graphics
*Will be more detailed once we select someone and sign a NDA.
This needs to be a job that can be completed fairly quick.
Requirements:
-Someone who can program AND do the UI design
-Someone who has at least 300 hours on Odesk (preferred)
-Someone who who has a 5 star rating
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished products on the front and back end
-Someone who speaks English well
-Someone who is able to Skype
