Bluetooth LE & phonegap/cordova app

I will order the carrying of PhoneGap applications for Android/iOS, which will use the library [login to view URL] and communicate with a blood pressure monitor (standard protocol, the description here -[login to view URL]). Application in the form of JS library that can be attached to another project - calling with the device address and type (pressure monitor; other devices in the future). We assume that the same bluetooth module is already initialized, therefore we do not check whether we have a bluetooth enabled or not, detection devices, etc., but we bind to a device, read the parameters and call the JS function that will handle the result of the parameters that reads (and the type of device). The parameters that I want to read: a) the last pulse measurement, b) the last measurement of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. I do not need any other data (about user, etc.) . The proposed terms of payment:   - 35% - operational, the binary iOS version ,   - 35% - operational, the binary Android version,   - 30% - transmission and sources test.
