Hi, I am a silver certified android developer. I would suggest you to go with Native applications only as I have hardly seen any project or product that do good in PhoneGAP or cross platform development environments. For using native features such as getting location and sending push notifications in your application I would suggest having native android and iOS applications. I am free and looking for work.
