Designing a simple android app

We are looking for a developer to develop an android application with the main features included. The application will have a simple UI which has 4 buttons (sensors, data, e-mail, dropbox).

Application Features:

1- Sensor

-Accelerometer

-shows x,y,z axis readings

-shows graph of the readings (while still logging data) (important!)

-recording data (record data on a text file)

-Gyroscope (same with accelerometer)

-Magnetometer (same with accelerometer)

2- Data

-Text Files (must be able to delete them)

3- E-mail

-able to see all text files

-select one and automatically attach the selected file to email

-use phones email to send the email

4- Dropbox connection

-dropbox provides some API

-authentication needed

-uploading files to dropbox
