I need someone who is VERY experienced in coding for Android to create a NintendoDS emulator for android. The NDS Emulator app i want is "99% similar to Drastic emulator". Please find it on google play. The gameplay speed is fast and smooth, and no bugs or lags in the app. if you have understood the Drastic Emulator, then you get whole this project's objective. Here's what i am looking for: - Someone who is experience in coding for both Android and emulator - Someone who has at least 300 hours - Someone who has 5 stars rating - Someone who takes PRIDE in their work - Someone who are willing to repair bugs or errors in the app even after the project completed (After Project Completed Service) if asked - And you're willing to be paid per milestone (2 milestones): 1. 50% after i test the final 100% well-working apk, 2. 50% after i receive the source code.
