modify a update.zip form an existing one android 4.0.3

Hi, we are a wholesaler for Ainol tablet Tornados with 4.0.3 android, but those tablets came with a old firmware for the Tablet 518, so we are updating each tablet form sd card with a new firmware realese 619, the problem with this firmware is that it doesnt came with google play preloaded, so we need to apply a patch directly from recovery mod its a zip folder on the sd card just as we have been upgrading to 619. the problem with this patch its that also install a lot of crapy chinese apps. So what we need it for you to modify that patch to avoid the crapy chinesse apps and instead of that install some free apps we need to be installed. also, we need this patch to change the [login to view URL] file, for the tablet be detected by play market as a nexus S model.
