Blackberry Call Recording

Need Blackberry App that automatically loads when you power On the phone. The App sits quietly in the background and records all voice conversations (both incoming and outgoing calls) and SMS messages (in and Out) on the memory card, with time, date stamp, dialled number, calling number info. At a fixed time each day the application automatically downloads the saved files to a server via registered (home) Wifi (if within wifi range, otherwise keeps trying to locate registered wifi). You should be able to search and the files and repaly the converstaions and view SMS messages from the server. The App should be seamless to the user. i.e. App should sit quietly in background and allow user to use the phone normally.
