Audio Player for iPhone App

I require an experienced IOS developer to create an iPhone App audio player. The App will be used to play hypnosis sessions. The hypnosis audio recording is about 20 minutes long. There will be two audio tracks (One will be the actual hypnosis and the other one will be all an audio track of similar length that prepares them for the hypnosis session) A separate button will be used to play each. This app NEEDS to have the ability to put the phone into a 'Do Not Disturb; mode so that calls and texts etc don't interrupt the hypnosis session. This option should be in the settings of the App so the user can set it to 'Do Not Disturb' or leave it as normal so a call would interrupt the session. Other features required.... The app must look very highly polished, with pleasing UI etc. High quality graphics are a very high priority! I do have LOTS of future requirements for IOS development for more complex apps so will be looking at developing a long term relationship with the successful applicant.
