I am in need of a HTML5 Mobile Website. It is a basic form I need created that has the look and feel of a mobile app. What I need the mobile app to do. I have a form my guys fill out everytime they go to a new site. I want to convert this over to the web application. Client should be able to input each section of Inspection. Take a picture to reference to a particular portion of the form. Geo tracking for site locations gps and timestamp Administrative usage to view all forms imputed information Login access only
