You can have me develop your app, be it for iOS or Android. Hopefully, you will furnish more info regarding the platform you are targeting and the nature of this app as you promised. Do note that alerts on a mobile device are normally possible only via an app and not a mobile website. Additionally, an app such as the one you described, probably needs a website backend as well. In case you require that, then another project with a separate pricing structure will be required. Thank you for considering my bid.
