Clone a Simple Mac App for Me

I have a simple app that I would like cloned. The app simply will make the computer go to sleep based on the network activity. When the activity is low, it will then shut it self down. Very simple, difference with the old app is there isn't many updates and I want to update it eventually and of course add much better graphics.
