Create Win 8.1 & WP8.1 pages to extend existing app

I'm in the middle of developing a Windows 8.x / Windows Phone 8.1 / Android / iOS mobile application. I'm a software developer myself - I just don't have the time to complete all the work within my deadline. This is just the beginning of a series of mini-projects that I plan to post for getting more work done on this app. This project is for the Win 8.1 / WP 8.1 version only - but you have to keep in mind that all the backend code should be portable. I have already set up a portable class library that is used by the platform specific projects. Eventually, in later projects, we will be creating an Android and iOS version of the app. So, this is a personal finance management app. This project is to create 1-2 UI screens / pages in Win 8.1 & WP 8.1 and required backend classes in to allow users to create 'Accounts' in the app. (Accounts here mean bank / loan accounts). The app is not meant to store data externally, or talk to external services unless otherwise specified. Some initial code will be provided via a git repo hosted on bitbucket, and you will need to work within that project and expand on it. If available / required, mockups will be provided for the UI layout or discussed with the developer when the time comes. The data classes (i.e the data model) is already created and provided in the repo. You will need to create unit tests using xUnit / NUnit for the portable class library project and any relevant platform specific non-UI code. You do not need to worry much about handling app lifecycle events like suspension / resume etc. Please remember that this code will be used in a bigger project that has patterns like IoC and dependency inversion - using AutoFac. So make sure your code works well and fits into such a design. Follow the MVVM pattern and avoid code behind as much as possible. Deliverables: - A working Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 app that allows users to add/modify/delete/list accounts.
