Very simple mobile App (need for all mobile OS , android, iOS, Blackberry, windows), App shoud 1. List all recent alerts (JSON, will be provided) 2. Allow user to add their number number and verify (need to call our backend URL for sending verification code as SMS and send verification code with device ID to complete verification) 3.
