Android and I-phone app with GPS location and website serach

An app that will search the websites of 6 major retailers and based on the phone's GPS location give a return on the cheapest product / location either graphically or by listing the retailer's name. Only searching for alcoholic drinks...e.g. the cheapest lager or beer or whiskey or wine etc... e.g. search for red wine, returns top three cheapest is ASDA, 1 bottle for £3.00 location is 2 km away, New Road...next cheapest is Tesco...etc...
