App Revision

I have an app which is already on the app store, but my coding knowledge is limited and I want to improve it. I need someone to take a look at my code, correct it and re-write it where it can be made more efficient, or correct or just better. I want my app to not have any warning in xcode analyzer (now it only has 5 yellow signs), be compatible with the lowest possible deployment target, ARC OFF (now its on), no memory leaks (it doesnt have any now), facebook and twitter implementation (I dont have it), fix a problem I have with the volume at the beginning of the app, make it io6 compatible (im stuck at io5) . It should be the same app but improved. It shouldnt be difficult at all for a skilled developer.
