We have an application to build in IOS, Android and Blackberry. It should include following features. Backend will be on oracle database. • Ability to share information with clients about the ride event by providing an option to view general information about the ride even which reads from intermediate data source. • Ability to use mobile application to view show latest jumping prices. • Ability to use mobile application to calculate the eligible value for participation in the race. • Ability to use mobile application to make online booking in a race. • Ability to use mobile application to view the outstanding balances. • Ability to use mobile application to online pay the Fees by opening a valid merchant web page. • Ability to interface entries automatically with the financial system. *** Please let us know you quotation (if you can only develop for one platform pls mention it), with prices and required time frame etc. And there might be special condition from our client, that you might need to login to a our server in order to do the development cause our client is very concerned about it. Please keep this in mind when you do pricing. And please mentioned your syncing mechanism whether its web service or oracle mobile server or etc. and the mechanism of online payment, and for any of these if we need any additional license please mentioned it too.

Can help... I am an expert... Cost and timeline is per mobile platform... I have no problem logging into your server and coding as long as you setup and release the milestone payments on time but it will incur an additional cost if the timeline extends because of problems with your server... Webservices would be better...online integration would be payment gateway which you purchase...
