Car Rental Checkout App - iPad, Iphone Programming

An custom ipad/app is needed that allows the user to take multiple pictures of a rental car/van/trailer (front, back, sides) and make notes on the picture by tapping an area and typing the note. These pictures and notes then need to be associated with a digital waiver that is signed by the client. The pictures, notes, and signed waiver then need to be stored into its own folder for each rental. When the customer returns, the pictures can be brought back up for comparison. Ideally each record is then synced to a folder system through the wireless network when connected but the user m may not always have one readily available. We will create all of the graphics and interface for the app and will rely on you for the coding and implementation. This app will be used only internally for the company.
