We would like a company application (Customer Management System) to help a customer / technician for us fill out a series of 3 forms, collect signatures, and submit these to a dropbox folder with attached documents. This will be used primarily on an Samsung Galaxy Tab 7", but would be nice if available on iphone / ipad. We are open to suggestions but what we have in mind is: The person opens the Applications > It prompts the person if they want to fill out a specific form called "Presite" (Yes or No). This way if they select no then we know they didn't fill it out. So now we are to a main screen with 3 Buttons. Each of these have a form that should be filled out. We would also like a 4th button that gives access to taking pictures and also uploads to the folder. Now once all of the forms have been filled out, this would be submitted and creates a folder with all attached information / upload photos into a folder in dropbox. Whoever, accepts this job will be required to work with us on working out the details to make this application as functional as possible. We would also like this app to have the ability to be updated should the forms change, or we want to add more forms. Finally, after the information has been "Submitted" we would like a "Thank you for Submitting the form" button to provide confirmation it was uploaded and any other notes we might want to add to the app. Any other ideas that would make this app more functional would be great.
