Create IOS App from my PDF or HTML files

Looking for a developer to create finished product/files needed to submit my app to Apple Itunes. The job is to convert a 50 page PDF file into an IOS app that I will upload to Itunes. Also I have .pdf, .doc, and folder with all HTML5 files sorted by chapter. Developer will not need to edit any text or go much graphics design beyond cropping my images as needed.
Very basic project, take my files and make an IOS app. App must be approved by Apple for Itunes store. I will be posting the app to Itunes and only need assistance in making the files/pdf into the app itself.
