Create mobile app for budgeting from Excel

A mobile app is required that can operate similar to the Excel workbook. The spreadsheet is named the Stewardship Information Pages (SIP). The SIP has 7 steps. For development purposes, we can begin with Step 1 - Vision and Goals (simple entry), Step 2 - Profile Setup (pick categories of spending), and Step 4 - Daily Tracking (entry of spending). Step 4 has some reports that create a bar chart based on the categories selected. It has an Expense Report Analysis that currently compares spending to Step 5 - Income and Expenses (this will be part of Phase 2). For now, it needs to produce a bar chart of current spending shown for categories.\r\n\r\nAn example app is iExpenseit. However, this app needs to be further developed to include the other steps which help in determining net worth, debt snowball, retirement planning, and savings snowball (more complicated - phase 2).\r\n\r\nThis app requires development in the iPhone platform with the Android platform to follow. \r\n\r\nThe user experience:\r\n1.
