We have a confidential project that involves creating a iPhone app that can be used by consumers to scan QR Codes: Items required: Consumers downloads app and creates account. Consumer can scan QR codes which records the scan and adds to their scan balance for that QR Code eg. if they scan CODE A 5 times and CODE B 2 times it will show in their app they have 5 Scans for A and 2 scans for B. If they scan CODE C it gets automatically added to their account and shows 1 scan. When there scan reaches a set value eg 10 scans. They can get notified a message - the message and scan limit is enetered by the Client via a desktop dashboard. I only want to speak with proven iPhone app developers who can integrate into a desktop dashboard, social skills and interaction with facebook is favourable also.
