cross platform (ios and android) messaging app trough web and Facebook integration

We wan't to create an app where people can easily leave messages (place and region + Message) where and when they have seen someone, so that other people who might know this person can help them hook up with this unknown person.
We wan't a simple (mobile) website, where all the data and inputs of the mobile app's come trough, and this should be synchronized on both Platforms (crossplatform), the (mobile) website should also automatically fill in the facebook page of our app, so that other people can see their messages on them.

# Auto Synchronization(after message input) or Sync button that sync's the database of all platforms on the app's
# we need to input regions ourselves, so that the users can choose and have a more specific message out there per region/place they have seen someone
# option for anonymous message
Maybe we have left out some features for now, but in overall these our a key features, and the project is not that big.
