An innovative camera app

I want to create a very simple but effective camera app called "visual" coming from a video and photography background instagram and vsco cam are cool but they aren't simple where you can just pick it up and use it. I want the interface to sort of be like über or the ios7 format. Very thin Helvetica text and right when you open it's right to the point and you have two options. Camera/Upload. Either upload a picture you've already taken or take one for the first time. I want the presets to be very clean and simple like vsco presets, not muddy and overdone like Instagram. I want this app to be free and again simplistic is the direction I want to take this.
