Adapt an existing Android Application

At present I have the following app on the iOS AppStore: [login to view URL] Which I developed myself. The magazines present within the app are PDF's stored in a dropbox. Each week I upload a new magazine to dropbox and then update a JSON file which the app reads and displays the new issue. The app is in Apple's newsstand and there is a £0.99 per week subscription charge. I would like to do the same on Android but I have no Android experience at all and because I am on a deadline I do not have time to learn. A company called Librelio offer the source code for a similar app here: [login to view URL] however they are not prepared to meet me halfway and help me get it set up. Their enterprise options are too expensive for my requirements as this is a fairly low volume publication and I do not need a lot of the functions they offer and cannot justify the monthly cost. What I am looking for is someone to take the above code (which is complete and working) and do the following: 1. Theme it in the same colours as the iOS App as well as icons etc. 2. Remove all extras other than access to our website as per the iOS app. 3. Include a page for an FAQ (text of which I will supply). 4. Set up in app purchases so each magazine costs £0.99 5. Show me how I can add new issues each week via my dropbox account. 6. Prepare the APK for Play Store distribution using a play store account which I can provide. Basically I just need somebody to clone my own app into an android format. It needs to work on tablets and phones. I have set this as a small project as the code provided is almost complete and just needs to be re-skinned and adjusted to suit my needs. I will provide all logos, images and text. Lastly, the ideal candidate will be someone who is prepared to do minor tweaks to the app in the future for smaller amounts. The app is never likely to change much but from time to time I may like to add extras.
