I would suggest swapping DynamoDB for Elasticsearch. It's faster for the type of operations you're looking for, especially query/scan type operations that I'm expecting you want. You may also want to use a managed service for identity (like auth0). This simplifies things a lot (your app is simple enough that it doesn't require as robust an identity service as AWS provides). Greetings, I would like to apply for developing the AWS interface for your app. To align my skill sets with your requirements, I have experience across the spectrum of tiers in web/distributed and mobile technologies and have spent the last 15 years building complex enterprise systems, designing large databases and responsive UI with performance tuning in critical investment banking environments. My last consulting assignment was as Sr Architect/Advisor as well as hands-on programmer, defining the future state architecture at one of the world’s largest banking products/Fortune 100 firm. I have since been working individually on start-up concepts using Mobile (Android/HTML5/Intel App framework/REST/JSON/node.js) and Big Data(Cassandra) and have just published my Android app in the Google play store.
