Android POS Printing App -- 2

I need a android app that able to run on android startup and background. The application objective is to check with an online mysql table (called KIV) if there are any new rows. Upon new rows, it will capture the data and send to the POS printer for printing. Once printing is done, it will send mysql command to transfer this row from KIV table to printed table. I have attach an interface on how the interface and also setting page will looks in excel. Please download excel. Notes: Take note the excel attach has 2 sheets and is call Main interface and settings page. The application requires a drag and drop function to design the printing part. IF drag and drop is too hard, i am also open to suggestion on how to be able to custom design the printing using other methods. This app is password protected. You need password in order to access any settings page.
