Android simple tetris game as a treatment for a visual condition

We are searching for a developer to create the beginning of an Android app. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. The app will be used as a visual condition treatment. The project is to create a basic tetris-like app, with the following features : The game itself - the blocks will only have two different colors; one for the falling blocks, the other for the fell ones. - it will consist of the main tetris feature (falling blocks, auto increase speed option) A menu : - auto-increase the speed of the game (deactivated by default) . - the user will be able to determine the game speed manually The app set up screen and main screen, apart from the game itself, has to follow the material design guidelines (will be specified in the project). Importance is given to - code comments (code has to be quickly understandable) - app weight (less than 3M), - battery consumption (CPU and memory use) - compatibility among devices, - responsiveness. The app will be fully local (no autorisations requested).
