I need a person to work with me to complete an app. I can do the graphics design and I need a strong java developer. The app is designed to allow a person to connect easily with carer. It includes the ability to upload a photo send and receive messages, track location. I really need someone who speaks English well (although it doesn't matter which nationality) we just need to be able to communicate clearly to ensure the goals of the project can be achieved. I am looking for someone who is flexible and and efficient java coder. Unfortunately I have a limited budget for this one.
