Basic bluetooth dialler for windows

Looking for a simple bluetooth phone dialer application for Windows. The main function is to place call on a paired mobile phone from a simple interface, alert on incoming calls and provide the ability to accept/reject the call. Looking for the most simple app, no fancy GUI, just the minimal functionality. The application should come to focus on incoming call. One resizable application window with the following tabs/sections: Phone selector - select a paired bluetooth phone and connect - upon connection, retrieve the phone book and recent call list from the phone Call list - the recent call list retrieved from the phone (with contact name looked up) - clicking an entry the number is to be copy the number to the call status Contact list - the phone book entries retrieved from the phone - clicking on the contact, display the phone entries of the contact - clicking on a phone entry, copy the number to the call status Call and Contact list are different tabs. Call status - input field for the number to be dialed or to display the caller - typing to that field would search the phonebook or history (whichever tab is active) and limit that list to the matching entries - buttons to place, accept and reject call CLI option to dial a number on the currently/last connected phone. The app should be compatible with common phones (android 5.0+, iOS 7+), Windows 10 and its standard bluetooth stack.
