Blackberry mobile application

A mobile application for Blackberry which is to be sold on Blackberry App World and must meet their requirements. The application is a logbook of sorts which can collect GPS coordinates from the device. The app makes use of specific (supplied) tables which calculate various fields as they are entered. The application must be able to sync with a desktop application which will then be able to print or email. ## Deliverables 1) The DCL is a Blackberry application for resale 2) This basic specification is for Phase 1 of the development - further phases to be determined at a later date 3) The DCL will include the following capture modules: Personal information, Dive Kit Register, Training Completed, Emergency Names & Numbers, Dive Trip Calendar & Check List, Dive Logbook, User Manual 4) Personal Information fields: Name, Surname, ID no, Age, Allergy 1, Allergy 2, Allergy 3 , Address1, Address2, City, Post / Zip code , Contact Tel, mobile Tel, email address 5) Dive Kit Register fields: Wetsuit, Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Booties, Weight belt, BC, Air-systems, other (all fields are Boolean (yes/no) except other. 6) Training completed fields: Institution/Company name, address, certification acquired, date 7) Emergency Names & Numbers fields, Name, Surname, Contact no, Relation/Service type 8) Dive Trip Calendar & Check list fields: Calendar per day, Check list - | Mask | Snorkel | Camera | | Fins | Booties | Underwater camera housing | | Wetsuit | BC | Gloves | | Weight belt | Airsystem | Deploy-boy | 9) Dive Logbook fields: Date, choose PADI or NAUI dive table for calculations, Location (tied to GPS), Dive Buddy name, Dive Buddy contact no, Total Water hours (auto - cumulative), Objective of Dive (dropdown selection), equipment used, Altitude (meters/feet), Time in, Time out, Total Dive time (auto), Air used (nitrox / air), Max Depth (meters/feet), Cylinder size (auto/manual), SAC rate (auto), Water Temp (C/F), Visibility (meters/feet), Remarks/comments, Dive Charter used, Instructor/Dive Master Name, Instructor/Dive Master number, Disclaimer (accepted Yes/No), attached photos/pictures/videos for Dive. 10) Dive Table displayed 11) optional (we can develop this part) but the BB app must be able to sync with it: PC application (Microsoft Windows compatible) to backup data from DCL, Email and print necessary details 12) Dive planning: each new logbook entry auto fills some fields from previous dive. 13) Branding & colouring to be applied to the DCL app - supplied by us.
