Build a progressive mobile site template

NOTE: We are not looking for a full fledged mobile site, we will do the job of building the full site on our own. What we are looking for is a template with a Progressive web app shell that implements four basic functionalities. You may notice from previous reviews that we have very specific requirements and we will be content with your delivering on those. We are looking at competitive pricing that we hope will be viable for you in that you don't spend too much time on it. You will also receive assistance from us. So bid only if you are strong on JSON, JSP and mobile web technology and you believe you can finish the work quickly.

We are in the process of building a mobile site for bus ticketing. This project will be first step towards it. We would like to have the progressive web app shell done with four pages that read JSON APIs to create a ticketing flow.

We need three pages for

(1) Select travel cities and date of Journey - City list needs to be saved on the local storage and refreshed based on triggers

(2) Display list of schedules available with a button to view layout

(3) Open the layout within the listing screen

We can provide you sample JSP code for the bus layout display.

All CSS / fonts used should be attached (not linked to outside pages)

CSS should allow for changes in font and background colours.
