Changes to iPhone and Android App

We have an existing iPhone and android app that is built using webviews. So all content is delivered via the browser, so there is very little code in the actual app itself. However both apps use Parse which is closing down shortly so we need to move to OneSignal which is our next chosen notification service. So we need the OneSignal SDK included with both apps. They have both an iOS and Android SDK and good documentation available online if you haven't used them before. We also then have a couple of other improvements that we want to do at the same time: 1. Currently when a notification comes through, when you swipe it takes you to the app and whatever page the webview was on remains. We want to sent a URL as data with the notification then when the user swipes it will load that URL in the webview. 2. Sounds - we want a custom sound on our notifications. This shouldn't need any developing by you, it will just be a folder of sound files to include and the notification we sent will include the name of the sound file to play. 3. Some versions of android don’t increment the badge when a new notification comes in. If you know a way t make this work that would be great, but lots of posts I have read say it not supported natively by android. One solution I read is called “ShortcutBadger” on github that looks like it may do what we want. Could you take a look at it and see what you think nor recommend an aletrnative or better way to do this. Both original apps were developed in full for $100 NZD each, they really are very basic apps since all they are is a webview control. So I believe theses changes should only take about 1 day, so have priced it accordingly. I am looking to find someone to maintain this app for us in the future too. There will be ongoing work too as we make changes to the app that we would do on an hourly rate basis.
