Compile Custom ROM

Hello, I'm looking to have a custom ROM compiled per our needs - Smallest & Lowest CPU usage ( ALL Unnecessary APPS are not required ) - Only selected APP's to be pre-installed we will provide you with the APK Files for 6 Apps ( Sqlite - Root explorer - Stock Browser - Chrome - OWN APPLICATION ) - Custom [login to view URL] should be created also. - Custom Model/Manufacture shall be made we are using VMware ESXi 6.0 so Kernel will populate /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/ There would be 5 files need to replace content with what we want. - The ROM should be exactly like any MOBILE, with user-agent it should be recognized as MOBILE DEVICE and not Android over a virtual MACHINE. This is a very small project which can be made in almost 2 hours or less .. please be reasonable in your offers.
