Create a Mobile Website

I have a prototype of an app I am looking to build for a new business. The business creates many small surveys for people buying property and creates a scoring system for them. For these surveys, I am using Typeform and linking the results into Google Sheets (via Zapier) for analysis. I need a mobile website to list the urls for the properties so that it is easy to find them. I have already had one created but it has stopped working and needs to be re-written with the newest version of the Google Sheets API and in a more appropriate language (the last one was in .net). the website is [login to view URL] and as you'll see, the URLs are not displaying. They were being picked up from the tab names in Google Sheets which have names like **Beeches Road, 9\[login to view URL]** The Url is taken out of this string and is used as the link for each property name. There would be a maximum of 50 properties in the list. I then need the code deployed onto a server at 123-reg. I think this is a relatively small amount of work - the last time it took the developer one day to complete.
