Create a 3D open world FPS Zombies Game.

I know this project will cost at least 1k up to 3k or 4k
we need someone with Unity 3d experience and or 3D modeling to help us create a unique one of a kind open world first person zombies shooter.
The game should launch straight into the game with a 3D animated splash screen and than a simple 2d splash screen than the game.
The game will start with the main character (Noah) on a military base standing around with his friends on just another calm day with a stary night, when out of no where a UFO flies over the base. Everyone starts freaking out and yelling ufo ufo shoot it down, so Noah the main character(the player) must run over to a machine gun and shoot at the ufo and shoot it down (30 seconds to shoot it out mission will fail) than when it crashes an explosion happens which kills everyone in the city except for Noah. Noah than grabs his gun and starts running for the city. As Noah is running down the road he stops and see a horde of zombies heading straight for him. He pulls out his gun and you start shooting.
After you kill about 15 zombies you must walk to the city and find the power staion and restore power. than the computers in the city are working again. at any computer in the city you can goto and click on it and surf the web to buy new guns and upgrades and care packages.
Than you head to your safe house and you can store your weapons and ammo and other stuff you buy.
In your safe house there will be a mission board in which you must complete missions. ex. find a water bottle. find a health kit.
there will also be side missions where you can build a car. like ex. find the tool box. find the drivers door. find the front axle.
in your home base. there will already be a car she'll to start you out but you must add all the parts to it in order to drive it.
you can also clean up the city. so if walk up to some debris you can clean it and you may find money or food or parts in it.
that's the basics of the game. we already have the 3d characters made. but they do need to be rigged.
