I have an android app which scans iBeacons to read their MAC @ then executes some actions when the scanned iBeacon's MAC@ is known (in our know list of iBeacons). I have already the app already completed, but it does not work properly (especially when the phone's screen is locked). I need a good developer to debug it. Hello! I have just successfuly finished the project dealing with BLE. You should try the app on Android 5 and higher as bluetooth has a bug on 4.4.
