Develop an app similar to Uber and Lyft

We want to develop an iOS app working like an UBER or LYFT. We are looking for a strong team to outsourcing o offshoring our project
The app should be built modular.
The app is used to submit and query data from a MySQL database, using API provided. Functions and modules enabled in the app depends on the user who is logged in.
The app sends data via HTTP POST and GET requests using the API. It reads the JSON response (if any) and processes it accordingly.
The app will also connect to Paypal, Facebook, GCM, APNS and Amazon SNS.
There may be sensitive information accessed during the course of the project, developer is not allowed to use the information outside of the scope of this project.
Further details can be discussed and provided after job is awarded.
Approximate duration of project: 2 months.
