Developer need from Eastern Europe for Service app (No India or Pakistan developers)

Hi! I would love to help you with this project. I am an IOS developer and UI/UX designer from Sweden. My speciality is developing apps from the ground upp with my own backends and APIs. I do all my applications universal if requested, that means that they are developed for both iPhone and iPad. I've read the document you supplied about the dog walking app. My strategy for developing this app would be to create something like a parse server on some cloud service like Amazon cloud services. There the backend will be placed. The app itself will be developed for iPhone and iPad in Xcode. Most of the apps functions will be done trough the server/database/backend.
