A mobile app for contact sharing and managing

We are working on a cloud-based contact management service. This project is its iOS terminal. We have done some fundamental works but it is still far from finish. IMPORTANT: We need code with clean structure and comments so we can easily manage it in the future. The speed is not our priority as long as you are writing high-quality code. Expertise needed: Long time experience with Objective-C programming, iPhone programming and Xcode SDK. We want to support all screen sizes by using storyboard and auto-layout. We need you to be familiar with them. We need a localization-ready app, so all the texts need to be NSLocalizedString. However, you don't need to translate anything. We won't use the system default view controller for entering and viewing contact information, so we need you to be familiar with UITableView and create a customized one. Because it is a contact management app, we need you to be good at Apple AddressBook framework for iOS. We need functions to read and analyze data from the address book and write our data to it. We will use UICollectionView to implements some of our UI, so we need experience on creating customized collection view layout flow. It is a cloud-based service, so we need you to be strong on it. It is easy overall because we are using Parse as backend. What we need are keeping information both in the cloud and local database of the app in sync and some push notification. The ability to create simple animation is preferred. Knowledge on iOS bluetooth framework and iBeacon is preferred but not required.
 We may add a point-based referral system and in-app-purchase, but the above features are priority.
