Need a simple iPhone App with no database or any complicated stuff. The flow of the app is as below - 1. User opens the app 2. A sliding explainer tutorial is presented about how app works 3. User takes a pic of any item within the app 4. A form is presented to enter some details 5. User submits it and DONE. A success message is displayed with a unique ID 6. The info filled in the form along with pic taken is emailed to a predefined email id. 6. 1/2 static pages will be there like Contact Us - Social links Exact field details after project is accepted. Only logo will be provided. The app needs to be beautifully designed. The UI should be really beautiful. We are on a tight deadline here. So please bid if only it can be completed in 7 days. This is just Phase-1 of project. There are many more phases to be included later like Login and Database saving etc.
