Hi, I have music scores in PDFs that I need to convert to Sibelius. Basically one needs to use PhotoScore to convert the PDFs to Sibelius and fix the mistakes that PhotoScore did as conversion is never perfect. So a score would be considered as delivered when it is exactly the same in Sibelius as in the original PDF So one MUST know how to read musical notes and needs to be able to detect and resolve the discrepancies. Of course one needs the applications themselves (btw - it could be FINALE and any other converter) Note that the job is actually to fix the discrepancies as just dragging the PDFs to Photoscore isn't considered as a delivery...
