Coder Needed for Text-Based MUD Game

Greetings! Honestly, I wasn't planning on going anywhere with this website and just created this account to see what was out there. I have been playing MUDs for years and absolutely love them (most notably "The Two Towers", spent close to 7 years playing that game). They provide the opportunity for the player to use their imagination which increases their immersion while allowing the designer to focus more on the story, details, and features of the game to make a rich experience all around. In short, I would cherish the opportunity to work on this project for you. A few questions first: - Is this to be an online enabled game? I assume so, due to the example that you gave which means this would require a database on the backend and just a simple text front end. - Do you have any details for the initial creation of the world (room descriptions, weapon descriptions, NPC descriptions and behaviours, etc)? - Do you plan on charging a subscription fee or anything like that to the players? I have an extremely strong background in PHP, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, MySQL, etc. and as such I think that this project would be perfectly suited for me. I work full time as a web developer in Ontario, Canada and as such would be working on this on the weekends when I have time (which works with your payment arrangements).
