Create a mySQL query and export an extact through phpMyAdmin

I have a requirement for someone to produce a mySQL query which will extract all the information I require in an MS Excel spreadsheet. I will give direct access to phpMyAdmin for ease - and I will explain to the chosen provider exactly what information needs to be extracted and displayed in the spreadsheet. I'm sure that this is a relatively simple task for someone good with mySQL and I will spend a maximum of $30 on this.
