Design of a Web-based System on SaaS Model

We require experienced ASP.NET Ajax professional to design a system for our endeavor to start a web based sales system (comprising online sales, POS, purchasing, inventory etc). Knowledge of Telerik RadControls is important as we want to use this tool in the final system. Shortlisted bidders will be provided with more information to finetune their bid. We will together determine the modules/milestones involved and payments to you will be based on these milestones completed. We will not proceed to subsequent milestone before clearing the present one. If your work is good, we will move to the next module together.
