add functionality to add/manage user groups

The task is to create a small social network plugin into the existing website. More detailed: I have a website for FOREX investors. My website lists FOREX Accounts (called PAMM Account or PA) from different FOREX websites. Each PA has a minimum amount of investment. What I want YOU to build in a nutshell: I want you to enable users create groups (called POOLS) into PA. Other users can view the POOL and join it by letting know how much money he would like to invest. When POOL reaches the PA’s minimum amount of investment -> the administration ticks the POOL as “forming”. Technologies: asp.net, c#, LINQ-to-SQL, jquery ajax JSon, html, css. For some ajax staff I want you to use jquery JSon ajax. All database transactions should be done with LINQ, no stored procedures please. The database is provided. All necessary tables are there. Some dummy data such as FOREX websites and PAMM Accounts are there. If you feel that you need to do some changes to db – confirm with me first. In the attached files please find a more detailed description of users' actions, db diagram and printscreens. Hope these all should help you completely understand the task.
