Hello I developed the desktop widgets for win 7. See attachment. I would like to convert it to Win 8.1 windows store app with miscrosoft pubcenter advertisement. Ads will run inside the app. To develop it need Win 8.1 and VS Express 2013. Please give me an estimation and duration of project. I have a low budget. Thanks for understanding. Thanks Olga
