Custom file generation using C#

See attachment for the project description below: - Project must be done in C# and be compatible with VS2008. - The application will consist of a form where user can double click on a picture box to import a photo onto the form's picture box. User can enter text into the text box. - Upon completion of user entries, the user clicks on the SAVE button to create a file and save the photo from the picture box and the text from the text box in a single file. The file type will be a custom file type with extension .AAA . The photo must be reduced in size first from its original size, before it is saved in the file, to minimize the file size. - After file is saved, if file is opened by any other software, it must not be readable. - The file must have its own custom icon. The provider must choose an icon as an example and assign it to the custom file. - The user must then be able to click on OPEN and read the file back in and get the photo and text back in the form. - This App is needed to be incorporated into my own App. Your code must be well commented. - The code must be a original code from you and be license free. - All requirements described above must be completed before payment is made.
