C# Webservice Proxy needed for Java Web Service
£750-1500 GBP
Paid on delivery
The UK HMRC have a Excise Movement Control System which can be accessed through a set of Java based Web Services. A .NET C# client proxy is required to allow access from a C# client to the following five web services :
- Prevalidate Trader
- Submit EAAD
- GetNewMessages (to ARC via polling)
- AcknowledgeMessagesReceipt (to confirm ARC acknowledgement)
- Cancel EAAD
- Receive Notification of Receipt
The HMRC provide wsdl and xsd files and a local test server to validate web service requests against. A usertoken needs to be based in the SOAP header to access these services and also a BinarySecurityToken in the SOAP header for a couple of the services. Therefore a good knowledge of webservices, SOAP, MS WSE 3, and possible cross platform interoperabilities issues are a must.
This work needs to be turned around in five days and requires an immediate start.
Thank you very much for the bids. I have attached a more detailed specification of requirements in order to answer the various questions asked. It is likely there will be a second phase to this project also.
I have placed £500 (sterling on account) to cover immediate milestone payments to successful bidder.
