2 small changes on Telerik WPF GUI

The following 2 changes must be made to my my WPF Telerik GUI: 1. Add a working resize-grip to the right, bottom corner of my RadWindow (Note: CanResizeWithGrip is not available in Telerik RadWindows). Look at the attached screenshot to see what a grip is. Tip: Google for "ResizeGrip" 2. There is a PanelBar on the left side of my app which has a MaxHeight="400". If the window of my app gets higher than 400px the PanelBar must stay on the top. Hello! I have a computer science background and i have done extensive work with the Telerik .NET products in several versions, with my most recent work involving the 2011 version. If you are referring to their .NET AJAX package, then i can help you with this.
