1. Introduction I like to appreciate the opportunity from you to respond your Bid to cater your service requirements. I, as an Executive member and Solution Architect of Satya Software Solutions, am very much interested to work with you to address your current IT requirements as well as your future requirements. I believe in quality of services and Customer Satisfaction delivering software/ services in order to DECREASE TURNAROUND TIME so that operating cost is minimized. I have a pool of expert resources in different technologies specifically .NET, Java, PHP,C#, Sharepoint. This ensures the completion of project execution in right time and right manner maintain Quality without any delay of resource ramp up. I will be solely responsible for the complete Delivery, Communication, Billing and Closure of the project. 2. Scope of work o As per the requirement of customer given in the Project Description /scope. o The requirement will be further fine tuned ( if required) based on the communication with customer during the course of project execution. 3. Deliverables o As per the requirement of customer given in the Project Description /scope. 4. Effort Estimates and Budgetary Costs o As per the agreed budget / T & M ( Time and material) Rate 5. Cost Assumptions: o The Budgetary cost has not included any cost of licensed Tool required for the engagement o The Budgetary cost has not included any additional Hardware cost. o Customer will provide the required product license (if required) to the Consultant. o Customer will provide the access of leased line / VPN access to the consultant (if required) for the assignment. 6. Payment Schedule Billing / Invoicing : As per the Milestones / Invoice given in freelancer.com 7. Other Terms and Conditions a. Any technical query raised by the consultant will be resolved by customer within the same day. b. Default working hours of the consultant will be 40 hrs./Week. c. If the work / assignment is in T &M ( Time and Material) and work is completed before or after 40 hours, consultant will raise the bill on actual working hours. d. If the work assignment is on Fixed cost and Budget has already agreed up by Customer and consultant, the billing will be as per the agreed budget and agreed milestones. e. Any change (increase) in total number of days for additional requirements (out of scope of the current requirement) or activities dependant on customer will be charged extra on T & M basis with Rate USD 10/hour for normal time span i.e 08:30 CST to 05:30 PM CST and USD 15/hour outside the time span i.e 08:30 AM CST to 05:30 PM CST. f. In case, Consultant needs to spend more than 40 hours/week based on the request from customer, an approval will be taken from customer. Extra hours will be reflected in a change request and will be billed separately as per the terms given in 7.e. g. Any new changes/amendment in functionalities outside the current scope of work will be mutually agreed upon by Customer and Consultant. Consultant will address that changes/amendment as per the Change Request. The Billing for the Consultant to address the Change Request will be charged separately as per the terms given in 7.e. h. Consultant will be in regular contact with the designated customer via e-mail /voice / instant messaging to update the progress of work/assignment.
